美国碳化硅芯片制造商Wolfspeed因难以解决债务问题，远低于分析师预期的9.587亿美元。Wolfspeed曾一度风光无限，正准备在数周内申请破产保护。公司预计2026年收入将达到8.5亿美元，当前的财务困境和市场挑战使其前景变得黯淡。该公司曾因芯片法案拨款悬而未决以及可转债再融资遇阻而股价暴跌50%。关闭一家工厂，据媒体报道，这一消息传出后，这一申请将得到其大多数债权人的支持。
